How do I track my order?
Once your order is placed and a transaction has been confirmed; Please allow for 7 working days for you order to be sewn and customized. Once that is completed, it will be delivered to you within 24hrs
What are your delivery options?
There are 3 options:
1. We deliver to you within Lagos and nationwide. In which a delivery charge will be included to your final cost
.
2. You can also schedule a pick up within the indicated times.
3. You can arrange for a convenient meet-up location to pick-up your order.
How do I return an item?
In the rare case of an adjustment, you can arrange for a return within 24hrs of receiving your order; for this to be amended. This is a one-time only option, so make sure to do a physical fitting when requesting for an amendment.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, we do; for selected countries. However, shipping and handling will be calculated along with the order.
What is your returns policy?
Sorry, there is NO return option available as of yet, as clothes are made specific to each individuals measurement.
